Disability Homecare

Supporting Independence & Freedom

Unidex Healthcare prioritises the personal goals of participants, with the objective of supporting freedom of decision making and ensuring that targets and life goals are achieved. A major component of this is offered through our Disability Homecare services and Supported Independent Living (SIL) plan support.

We provide Support Coordinators, Nurses, and Allied Health workers to address the needs of unique plans and insurance requirements, with services provided in-home to support participant independence and community engagement.

Wherever You Are

We provide homecare services throughout Australia, in metro, regional, and remote areas. Our care teams are screened, inducted, and trained thoroughly prior to arriving at the home. We provide Support Worker profiles and Meet & Greets to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Safety & Support

Our team are committed to the safety of participants and staff, and follow safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all involved. Care workers are also trained by our dedicated Clinical Team to ensure they are thoroughly equipped to provide the right care, at the right time.
