Disability Support Worker

We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our care team with our participant located in Rockhampton!

Pay rates from: $38.75 per hour

Skills and experience:

• Australian Driver Licence
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Current Police Clearance
• Current Blue Card
• Current NDIS Worker Screening
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Third Party Compulsory Insurance
• Medication administration certificate
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Domestic assistance
• Medication administration
• Manual handling
• Catheter management
• Transport and accompany to community access + health appointments
